Paul’s interest in manufacturing was born out of necessity when he worked at Eagle Can Co. in Peabody, Mass., in order to afford college. While there, he was promoted to MIS and learned to use early MRP systems to improve process. After graduation in 1998, Paul joined Lilly Software where he provided technical support and application training for hundreds of VISUAL ERP customers.
Paul joined Synergy Resources in 2005 as a leading Presales Engineer. With over 19 years of ERP experience, he applies his extensive knowledge to assist Synergy’s customers with improving their business performance. He does so by providing tips and tricks, creative solutions, discussing enhancements, and solving business issues.
Paul holds a BS in Political Science, a minor in business administration, and multiple technical certifications from Comptia and Microsoft.

Gene began his career working for both small and large manufacturers in the Northeast in the areas of production and shop floor control, quality, accounting, and IT. He continues to participate in all aspects of the customer experience to ensure that Synergy delivers the highest level of customer service across the strategic, business system, and technical divisions of the company. Gene holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Business Systems.
As a proponent of fostering strong educational/business community relationships, Gene has worked with local colleges to develop curriculum that provide students with hands-on ERP skills through the use of ERP software in the classroom. Through this relationship, Gene has taught Operation and Supply Chain Management courses at Farmingdale State University and is an active member of its ERP Business Alliance project.

As a captain in the U.S. Army, 3rd Armored Cavalry, Mike served his country and honed his leadership skills. He applied his skills while an electrical engineer at PhotoCircuits Corp. and uses them today at Synergy Resources, which he joined in 1998.
Michael began his career at Synergy Resources as an Application Engineer and Project Manager before leading the Technical Services Group. Synergy’s Technical Service Group supports customers with Information Technology, Management Information Systems, and Custom Programming. Michael also leads Synergy’s CloudSuite Industrial ERP business unit and works with our CSI customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Hofstra University.

For over 30 years, Michael has been recognized for his accomplishments in successfully implementing programs that transform and improve all phases of the business enterprises he works with. He most recently led, influenced, and executed a lean enterprise strategy across the North American operations of a multi-billion, multi-national, multi-facility manufacturing organization.
A committed lifelong learner with a passion for sharing knowledge with others, Michael strategically applies various strategies, technologies, and methodologies to help Synergy’s clients develop and implement effective business strategies. The result has been improved operational performance.

Marianne joined Synergy Resources over 20 years ago. She coordinates the invoicing, collections, and accounts payable for the company and works closely with members of the administrative team to assist our customers with anything pertaining to billing.
In addition to her accounting responsibilities, Marianne handles all Human Resources functions for our United States and Canadian offices. She uses Infor ERP software to manage order processing of consultants’ time, partner products, and Synergy sales team commission structures.

Dave has extensive experience in manufacturing. He held senior executive level positions while at Fabris Inc., Centra Industries, and Carpe Diem. Dave joined Synergy in 2015, bringing his extensive knowledge and creativity to our customers.
Dave is driven by a relentless passion and esprit de corps. He collaborates with SME organizations as a trusted adviser to strategically improve their business operations, performance, and market value. He does so by leveraging continuous improvement techniques, the best software tools available, and proven best practice knowhow.

Dawn has worked with many ERP software companies throughout her career. She got her start as a Business Development Representative with a local ERP vendor. She quickly learned the business and fell in love with manufacturing and distribution. Fast forward 15 years and today she takes great pride in helping Synergy’s Visual ERP, CSI, and LillyWorks clients to reach their full potential through the use of technology, while incorporating lean and other business improvement methodologies.

Robert has applied his knowledge and skills in a number of positions at prominent Canadian manufacturers. These roles have included Systems Analyst, Application Developer, Information Technology Manager, and Director of Business Intelligence. As a Visual ERP application specialist at Synergy Resources, he directs large ERP implementation projects, leads significant ERP upgrades, and helps clients in the planning and management of process change. His work results in measurable improvements.
Robert earned his bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario in 1999. He subsequently studied Database Administration and Application Development, receiving the Oracle Certified Professional Designation in 2002. Robert has also received formal training in manufacturing theory including Lean, 5S, and 8D problem solving certifications.

Jessica Gadbois is Synergy’s Acumatica Practice Director. She fell in love with the Acumatica Cloud ERP solution during the five ½ years that she worked directly for Acumatica as a solution engineer. During her time there, she consulted with hundreds of manufacturing companies to deliver them a connected, digital solution in the cloud. She soon learned about the manufacturing experts of the ERP industry, Synergy Resources, and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to join them.
Jessica began her career at Oracle Netsuite where she was both a solution consultant and business development representative. She brings 8 years of cloud ERP experience with her to Synergy where she is committed to serving and delighting her manufacturing and distribution customers. She graduated from Bryant University in Rhode Island with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Jessica is based in Southeastern Massachusetts, close to Cape Cod, where she patiently awaits her days at the beach.
