We’re excited to welcome Inventory Deep Dive customers to the WM Synergy family. Below you’ll find answers to common questions about the transition and how to get support, request enhancements, or access VISUAL ERP consulting services moving forward.
Who do I contact for support or maintenance on the Deep Dive software?
WM Synergy is now your primary support provider. You can submit support requests or report issues via our Customer Portal at: https://vbu.wm-synergy.com/portal/en/home
Is my current support agreement still valid?
Yes. All active maintenance agreements are being honored by WM Synergy. If your renewal is coming due or you’re unsure of your current status, please contact our support team via the portal or email support@wm-synergy.com.
Will the software change now that WM Synergy owns it?
The core functionality remains the same. However, WM Synergy has plans to improve usability and expand integration with Power BI and other VISUAL ERP reporting tools. Enhancements may be rolled out over time based on customer feedback.
Can I request enhancements or new features?
Yes. WM Synergy now owns and manages all future development of the Inventory Deep Dive tool. To request new features or improvements, please submit your ideas through our support portal or speak directly with your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Will the original developers (BTB / Programming 901) still be involved?
While WM Synergy now fully owns the software, BTB and Programming 901 will assist with knowledge transfer and limited training support as needed. All day-to-day program support, development, and licensing are now handled by WM Synergy.
I need help beyond Deep Dive, who should I contact?
WM Synergy offers full-service support for VISUAL ERP, including:
- Month-end assistance
- Data reconciliation
- Report development
- Upgrade planning
- Power BI and analytics integration
- Inventory optimization consulting
If your needs extend beyond the Inventory Deep Dive tool, please reach out to your CSM or open a general inquiry via the support portal.
Where do I go to renew my license or add users?
Licensing and renewals are now managed through WM Synergy. If you’d like to add users or discuss renewal options, email us at customercare@wm-synergy.com or request assistance through your portal account.
Will there be training opportunities?
Yes. WM Synergy plans to offer live training sessions, recorded webinars, and documentation. Some sessions will be delivered by our internal experts, while others may include collaboration with the original Deep Dive developers during the transition period.
