- 8:30am – 9:30am: Tour Super Systems, Inc. (optional)
- 9:30am – 9:45am: Registration & light breakfast
- 9:45am – 10:00am: Introduction of OINK leaders & attendees, OINK user group business
- 10:00am – 10:50am: Infor Updates, Infor Concierge (Incidents, adding/deleting users, enhancement requests, etc.) by Rob Hudaj, Infor
- 11:00am – 11:50am: QRPs (how to edit, creating your own, how to deal with upgrades) by Michael Rufli, WM Synergy
- 12:00pm – 12:30pm: Lunch, sponsored by Infor
- 12:40pm – 1:40pm: Session TBA
- 1:50 pm – 2:40pm: Bad Data (how to find with/without DBA) and fix (financial, labor, parts) by OINK users (bring your queries to share)
- 2:40pm – 3:15pm: Users helping users: reports on conferences that people have attended (e.g. Chicago), burning questions (request for solutions), and systems best practices (problem/solution); Closing words and clean-up of area
