Synergy UserCon Canada Was A Huge Success!

Synergy had a very successful Synergy UserCon Canada VISUAL ERP User Conference which was held at the Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale located in Mississauga, Ontario on October 16 – 18, 2016.

The conference kicked off with Synergy co-owners, Gene Caiola and Mark Lilly along with the Synergy management team, welcoming our valued customers during the Opening Session. This was followed by Infor’s Director of Product Management for VISUAL ERP, Rich Lagoy, presenting the VISUAL Roadmap. Rich was joined on stage by Infor’s Director of Product Development for VISUAL ERP, Frank Maglio.

Our attendees were able to choose from 60+ educational sessions in the Operations, Financial and Technical tracks. In addition, they were able to schedule unlimited one-on-one consulting sessions with our team of VISUAL experts.

Our attendees met with our Partner Exhibitors, QBuild Software Corporation and Portable Intelligence to learn about their product offerings.

Attendees also met with Synergy’s local Business Solutions Representative, Dawn Fludder, to learn about VISUAL ERP product extensions and services.

On Monday we welcomed keynote speaker, Bernadeen McLeod, President and Founder of Mentor Works Ltd. She discussed various funding programs and opportunities which are available to our Canadian customers.

We celebrated the start of UserCon during the Welcome Gala Dinner on Monday evening. Not only did we enjoy a delicious dinner, but we also danced to great music while cheering on the Toronto Blue Jays via a widescreen television that we rented for our die hard Jays fans! Fun was had by all.
