WM Synergy has completed the acquisition of LogicData. The following questions and answers are intended to address the most common concerns during this transition. Has our company been reassigned to WM Synergy as our Infor Channel Partner?
Yes. WM Synergy and LogicData worked with Infor’s Channel Partner management team to ensure all LogicData accounts are properly transitioned to WM Synergy. Infor fully supports this change. WM Synergy will now be your point of contact for Infor software purchases, licensing questions, renewals, and professional services.
Will there be any disruption to my current support or active projects?
No. All active projects, support commitments, and open service requests will continue without interruption. WM Synergy consultants are being briefed on every active engagement to ensure a seamless handoff. You should experience zero disruption.
What is happening to the LogicData consultants I work with?
We are pleased that the majority of the LogicData team will be joining WM Synergy. This means the same consultants you know, and trust will continue to support you, now with the full resources and backing of WM Synergy’s larger organization.
We have worked hard to make this transition as seamless as possible for our customers. In the rare case that one of your regular consultants decides not to join WM Synergy, we will personally reach out to you in advance, explain the situation, and ensure you are introduced to an equally qualified replacement from our expanded CSI/SyteLine team.
Our goal is to maintain continuity wherever possible while giving you access to even greater depth and expertise across implementations, upgrades, custom development, and iShop.
What is Mark Feldhamer’s role going forward?
Mark Feldhammer remains actively involved during the transition period as a senior advisor. He will continue to support customer relationships, ensure continuity on active engagements, support ongoing iShop enhancement and growth within WM Synergy. He will also be supporting our CSI customers with workshops around Advanced Planning and Scheduling, etc.
What happens to my iShop license and support agreement?
All iShop licensing agreements are being honored in full. WM Synergy is committed to the continued development, support, and growth of iShop as a flagship solution within its portfolio. iShop will remain the only native B2B ecommerce storefront for Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial, and WM Synergy intends to invest in accelerating its roadmap.
What happens to my existing support contract with LogicData?
Your existing support contract terms, rates, and commitments transfer to WM Synergy and will be honored in full through the end of your current contract period. You will be contacted by your assigned WM Synergy Account Manager to discuss renewals prior to your contract end date.
How should I process open invoices to LogicData?
All services rendered by LogicData prior to the acquisition close date will be invoiced and should be paid to LogicData per your normal process. We will be in communication about services delivered after the close date with any changes to where to remit payment. Your Account Manager will communicate the exact cutoff date and new remittance details.
Will my pricing change?
There are differences between the LogicData rate card and WM Synergy’s; however, existing contract rates will be honored for the duration of your current agreement/SOW(s). WM Synergy will work transparently with you on any renewals or new engagements to ensure pricing reflects the value delivered.
What new capabilities do I now have access to?
As a WM Synergy customer, you now have access to: cloud migration and Apptrix hosting services; the Center of Excellence for lean and process optimization; advanced Business Intelligence and analytics; AI-powered tools built for manufacturers; CyberSecurity Awareness, Service Desk and Service Desk+, CPQ implementation consultants; and the broadest CSI/SyteLine consulting bench in North America.
